 If your student will start school in the 2017-2018 School Year you will need to fill out the 2017-2018 meal application which will become AVAILABLE AFTER JULY 1st, 2017 *** 



2016-2017 Free and reduced lunch prices
are available for families in need. Apply by filling out the free and reduced lunch form English /Spanish

Forms may be turned in at the school cafeteria or at the David Cauldwell School Services Building (2815 S. 1st St.).

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form,(AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
